I'm launching the waitlist for my new parenting platform, Mohm, and would love to invite you all to join. Mohm is a platform to bring together a community of new parents along with curated medical professionals including top, local pediatricians.
What this will look like at full launch includes: small peer groups of 8-10 local mom groups and dad groups to have moderated discussions about everything parenting-related (with support and input from medical professionals), curated content by top pediatricians, webinars and events, and a message board that has both new parents and pediatricians answering questions.
What we are trying to build is a moderated, curated version of Facebook parenting groups, anchored around professional medical advice. We believe that medical and medically-adjacent (think: sleep, feeding, pooping, etc!) questions should be answered by medical professionals, and we want to create a high-quality, interactive resource that parents can trust to not only get real advice, but also still get the community support that they are looking for.

For background, both Katie (my cofounder) and I are MBA students at Columbia Business School, and we both have built careers in different areas of healthcare (I have a more finance-focused background, Katie comes from a consulting + nursing background, and is currently also a practicing nurse).
