We have recently had an issue at my company where someone in a leadership position made some inappropriate comments. The company has asked for employee feedback on the issue, and I would like to have some specific trainings to recommend that this person attend.
I know there are many trainings that are easy to mentally check-out and just go through the motions of watching a video and answering some easy quizzes just to check off the box. I want to avoid these, and find trainings that are more hands-on and impactful.
For example, I've attended DEI trainings with the Racial Equity Institute, and I greatly admire how they structure their trainings to be incredibly hands-on & engaging, with facilitator-led group discussions, breakout groups, and research assignments to complete and present back to the group. I would love to find a similar style of training, but for a wider range of topics.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
