Are you excited to create emotionally supportive spaces for womxn of color to heal, grow, and make friends? Do you want to spend your time thinking of ways to make learning and connecting in digital spaces more fun, sustainable, and effective? As the Head of Digital Experiences, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations across all our digital experiences, starting with our Give Good Care Accelerator for 20 womxn of color wellness entrepreneurs in January 2021! In this leadership role, you’ll be empowered to make decisions that contribute to the success of our programs and generate new ideas based on what you’re hearing from the community. You'll also work closely with the CEO (aka me)!ABOUT USJoin the Cosmos, Inc. creates brands for people to care for themselves, their community, and their world. Founded by Cassandra Lam and Karen Mok, we are proud to be a mission-driven womxn of color led company. We are 100% bootstrapped, which means no investors or institutional capital here. We started with The Cosmos, a community that supports Asian womxn in individual and collective liberation through education, embodiment, and empowerment. Since March 2018, The Cosmos has hosted 100+ workshops, produced 3 sold-out wellness retreats, and produced The Cosmos Summit: a 300-person experiential conference for Asian womxn and gender non-binary creators. Our work has been featured in places like Refinery 29, The New York Times, The Guardian, and Paper Mag.This Fall 2020, we’re excited to launch a new brand to help womxn of color wellness service-based entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses that impact the communities they care about.As a team, we like to giggle and ground ourselves in love.
