"A Step into your Future” is a career mentorship project that focuses on helping Syrian students/graduates requiring help in their careers and seeking more information on career choices and the job search processes.

At the end of the mentorship sessions, mentees will have

- Developed their big four (Writing and reviewing the resume, preparing a LinkedIn profile, building a portfolio, and a one-minute personal pitch)

- Set their job application on track (Professional email writing, writing and reviewing the cover letter)

- Build their network (How to build their network in a specific field, and reach out to companies and hiring people)

- Apply for jobs (Build a job applications tracker, and practice interviews)
