[Bay Area] Any other early-career (<5 total YOE) people managers out there looking for new connections?

Hi there! I'm early in my engineering manager career (1.5 years management, 3.5 total YOE) and frankly just looking for some other friends in my age/experience range to talk about work with... outside work. 🙃Most current non-work friends are very much on the technical track and less interested long discussions about organizational structure/management styles/etc. I do have a good circle of other friends/mentors in management- but they are all at completely different stages in life (10+ years of experience, some have families, etc.). Even those I know newer to management still have many years of experience under their belt - it would be nice just to have some peers who also are still learning how to be human themselves while managing other humans!
