Reporting into our Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for generating and closing new business while playing an integral role in defining our overall sales strategy. As a small and fast-paced team, we are looking for someone who thrives in an agile environment and can work both independently and highly collaboratively. This role is open to remote within the US.What you’ll do- Own and drive the full sales process including prospecting new leads to build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets- Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision makers in Legal, Procurement, Operations and Sales orgs to win new business- Demonstrate Outlaw’s value through presenting our solution to prospective clients- Work in tandem with our BDR team in building your pipeline of business- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to communicate customer requirements and feedbackQualifications- 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience in B2B SaaS- Experience selling to IT, Legal, Sales or Operations a plus- Metrics driven approach to building and managing pipeline- Proven track record of performance; exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets- Success with managing transactional sales cycles with mid market targets- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills- A self-starter attitude with a bias towards action and decision making (we are all hands-on and this role will have lots of autonomy)
