Congratulations on launching Balm.ai! As far as feedback goes, I am unsure if I fully understand how it works ie. are you matching founers with therapists? How and were do you find these therapists? Where it says Book Appointment, I don't know with whom and what the next steps are? Also, I don't love that it redirects to a 3rd party (Calendly) and definitely think it should be done internally.
Thanks Iynna. Very valid feedback. We are still in the testing stage, hence the calendly. The therapists are gotten from referrals and recruitment.
Oh I see! I think that is something you could clarify a little. And re: Calendly that makes perfect sense (now that I understand it is not live yet, I definitely think using a third party is a nice way to validate) This might be something you want to prioritise as you built out the product
