We wrapped up by discussing our hopes for the future of the talent industry. 🔮 For those of us in this field, we know how crucial it is to ensure a positive experience for candidates and employees—it directly impacts your brand.
I loved Ben’s suggestion that companies eliminate the requirement for resumes in the recruiting process to create a better candidate experience. 👏 Until joining Zapier, I’d never worked for a company that didn’t require resumes or CVs, but I can say that it is possible, and I'm hopeful more companies will explore this approach.
