Finding a job that fits both your skills and what you care about is really hard. More tech companies may be hiring than ever, but everyone has their own definition of a great workplace. And there aren’t many tools out there to help you get a clear picture of what it might be like to work at each specific company. And if you join a team that isn’t a good fit for you, it can hurt your performance and impact your day-to-day happiness.
We want to help fix this!
Over the last two years we’ve been partnering with companies that are interested in hiring Elpha members. We’ve helped our members land jobs in engineering, product, design & more at tech companies of all sizes. Along the way, we’ve learned a lot about what Elpha members care about when exploring new job opportunities and the qualities that lead to job satisfaction
Through this process, we’ve identified a collection of qualities that characterize the day-to-day work climate at different companies; now you can leverage them to help you discover companies that are a culture fit for you. Create a profile describing the cultural qualities that are important to you at work, and we’ll connect you with companies that match your values.
How it works:
- Submit your Talent Pool Profile. The profile includes information about your skills and background, as well as the cultural qualities that are most important to you at work.
- Your Talent Pool Profile will be shared with hiring managers at our partner companies.
- When a company thinks they’re a fit for you, they will send you an intro request.
- If you accept an intro request, you’ll be introduced directly to the company that’s interested in chatting with you.
- We’ll also send you jobs that are a match for your skills and the cultural qualities you value once a week.

The company I currently work for is an Elpha partner company… Can I still join the Talent Pool?
Yes! If we partner with your current employer and you’d like to create a Talent Pool Profile, we will hide your profile from them. If you have any questions about this, email [email protected].
We’re a company interested in being part of the Talent Pool, how can we join?
That’s great news! Elpha is home to more than 100,000+ women in engineering, product, design, marketing and more. If you’d like to meet them, please share a little more info with us here and we’ll get right back to you.
I don’t identify as a woman, can I still join the Talent Pool?
Yes! You don’t need to be an Elpha member to join the talent pool. Here's more info on what Elpha is all about and how we define “women.”
Is the Talent Pool separate from the Elpha network? Does it require a new username and password?
The Talent Pool is a service that's available to you as part of your existing Elpha membership. If you don't have an Elpha membership, you can still join the Talent Pool. If you identify as a woman and join the Talent Pool, you'll get a free Elpha membership as well. Your Elpha membership allows you to connect with women in engineering, product, marketing, design, sales, venture and more.
