interesting reason especially the first one! in your opinion, where do you think this idea of upsetting people come from? I am asking because I view the budget the same as taking time off - it's yours to take advantage of, no?
I know a lot of techies that think that by not using it they get extra pointsI guess is the same with not taking vacation daysI don;t understand it but I see it a lot :(
