Are you a Black woman or woman of color in Business Development?
Hello, I am working on a project related to the experiences of Black women (other melanated women can chime in as well) who own the role of Business Development or Revenue Generation in their life, career and/ or business. If you have been in a role that owns Business Development ( I am not talking sales specifically as there are many lovely communities that support folks already) , what sort of BD/Strategic Partnership/Alliance Building training did you receive?

This might be way too late, but the only training Iβve received has been related to proposal writing. Recently, Iβve been trying to find more mentorship in this area and am only finding it informally.
