Ctrl+Alt+Del Your Bad Day

If you have a hard time mentally leaving work at work, try this:

As you shut down your computer, picture yourself hitting “Control, Alt, Delete” on all the tabs in your mind, too. Close out all the “programs” that usually run in the background. Close out your to-do list. Close out the pieces of your day that were frustrating. When you take a break from the mental load of your job, you give yourself an opportunity to reset. And just as a reset computer runs faster, you as an employee can be more effective and more efficient when you give yourself a fresh start.
