What should an elegant landing site cost

I had imagined this "company" and haven't built the company. ie, I've failed. I am reimagining my idea and trying to execute on a much smaller scale. What should a landing page with very basic info cost? Much thanks

I've seen a very wide range of quotes for web design, from $50 to $10,000. Wordpress and Wix are fairly user friendly, so I would recommend trying that out first to see if you can create something yourself you're happy with without hiring someone while you're getting started.

This is hard to answer. What is "very basic info"? What do you want this website to do, iow, what is the purpose of the website?

Hi Ellen! I think if it's a simple landing page you could get away with setting up a wordpress site on your own. Typical cost ranges based on inclusions for the price - ie. if they set up Google analytics, cool chat bot, branding support, etc. Happy to help if you have any questions on the process!🙂

Framer !! $7 a month if you are looking for a small site and i found the learning curve much easier then wix or squarespace. Both wix, squarespace and shopify are great if you are selling a product, but if you are showcasing an idea Framer is built for high quality landing pages. You get pretty much full functionality in the free version, so you can try it out and build your site first then if you want a custom url you can pay a small monthly fee.

Where you are now is just a jumping-off point for you to reimagine how you start. Hold on to your big idea, but give yourself permission to start small and take baby steps. Regarding the landing page, do you know exactly what job you want it to do? Will it be simply informational, or would you like to sell something?
