Hi Everyone, I've been working with All Raise and Galina Antova (founder of Claroty) to create a Post Seed to Series A program. The program is designed to equip you with the tools and community to operate your business, find product market fit, plan for your Series A fundraise, and build for success. The program is designed to be in 3 phases:1) Opening Virtual summit - operating a post Seed companyWe are working to be as tactical as possible, creating Playbooks from founders who have gotten to Product Market fit, hiring/firing, operating a team, even managing your investors. There will be a B2B and B2C track. 2) Founder Fellowship GroupsYou will be placed into similar stage fellowship groups that meet monthly to help keep you accountable and or solve your biggest challenges for your business3) Fundraising Virtual Summit This will focus on tactical advice on setting up your fundraise process, negotiating /closing and what to expect. The speaker list includes Julia Hartz (Eventbrite), Morgan DeBaun @morgandebaun (Blavity), Julie Wainwright (TheRealReal), Tracy Young @tracyyoung (PlanGrid), Michelle Zatlyn (Cloudflare), Julia Collins (Planet FWD, prev Zume Pizza), Sarah Nahm (Lever) Janelle Tam @janellehmtam (Y Combinator), Jess Lee (Sequoia Capital) and many other remarkable women founders and venture capitalists. The program is intended for founders who have raised a seed round in the last 12 months and are aiming to raise a Series A in the first half of next year.
