Within a year of being founded, Trado:-has been built from an idea to a fully developed application with novel machine learning and storytelling technology-has a waitlist of hundreds of people-has won Google and Techstars pitches-has had three large corporate partnerships-is partnered with renowned publishing firm Clyde Hill PublishingThe Role: As the technical lead joining our leadership team, you will be mission-critical for Trado success. This is an exciting role where you will have a major impact across the entire team through optimizing web services, building in-house applications, overseeing technical projects and a host of other areas. We're looking for programmers who want to be a part of developing, maintaining, and scaling our software. You will be part of a small family within Trado that has a huge impact on the world. Main Responsibilities include:Technical leadership and decision makingControl of and development of the appKnowledge of/ willing to learn Machine Learning ( natural language processing) is a big plus!Being a go-getter! From fundraising to managing new team members, being willing to step up and learn is essentialSalary: As a founding team member, this is an equity heavy role in a company set to grow quickly.
