Would you buy a place abroad right now?

Poll. Now that most of us are all working remotely, would you consider buying a holiday home abroad right now 🌴☀️🌎? For me, it's a yes, so I can work remotely in the sun anytime as I'm missing the vitamin-D in London 90% of the year!Or is it a no, too risky of an investment re covid (and Brexit for the UK people out there)?Curious about whether people would want help from a buying agent to do so.

COOL!! Would you consider getting help from an international buying agent that can help you find the property or would you do it all yourself??

How about local agent ;) For South Africa: definitely - I've identified realtors who can help with the process + would most likely get legal counselFor Senegal: things are a little different out there - I would most likely get myself on the ground first to get a better sense of the market and so forth - if I do get say a second property there, I may have to hire a property manager whom I can trust!Such an interesting topic of discussion - Are you looking to buy?
