We’re looking for women who got hired after facing a long job search and who want to share their experiences and advice. We’ll feature your story with the intention of providing support and inspiration to others going through similar challenges in their job search.

What is considered "long" can vary by job and industry (so we will take this into account), but for the purpose of having a guideline for this series, 6+ months would be considered above average.

Interested to hear the responses! I’ve been looking on and off for years. Since October I decided to make it a priority but haven’t had much luck. Would like to learn about other’s journeys to see what I can learn from them.
