Hi Elphas! As a family therapist and family caregiver myself, as well as being the founder of CaregivingHQ, I am passionate about supporting wellness and healthy family relationships through the caregiving years. So many of us live remotely from aging parents and others we love who need support, and that can be so hard. I'm busy working to get our caregiving collaboration platform launched, but in the meantime wanted to start sharing some resources.I wrote this piece primarily for those who are remote to their loved one(s) and are not the primary caregiver, with suggestions on how to stay involved in a meaningful way.
