Product Principles
Hi all,My team is currently building a new software product and establishing a new brand/company around it. One of my goals as Product Manager is to establish our company's product principles. I want to make sure we have a strong set of values and a process for how we prioritize our work on new features, improvements, etc (we've already established our company vision/mission, but I feel strongly that we need a set of principles specifically for product).I've been doing a ton of research on how we can form ours, but thought this would be something to ask the Elpha community:If your team has product principles, what are they? How were they established? Do you feel like they are practiced?Or if you know of any great resources to share on the subject would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!
