Executive Coach recommendation
HiI'm looking for an executive coach for a startup founder who finds herself having to manage and build a team of engineers for the first time. Not so much a career coach but someone who will interview those being managed and find out where I can improve. Help me build and manage the right team. I'm looking for someone less than $10k for 6 months of coaching. Does anyone have recommendations?All help very much appreciated!
