Hello beautiful people, I am new to Elpha and wanted to reach out say hi and introduce myself.I am a mum to 3 teenage boys and have been running a variety of small business with my husband in the hospitality industry for about 15 yrs now, the long hours, staff management and over heads took its toll on us physically, mentally and emotionally.There had to be a better way, I couldn't see myself going back to a job and I couldn't sustain the level of work required to keep my business going, then Covid hit and bam overnight the rules changed and so did my business dropping 90% of our income forcing us to find a new business in a completely different industry with a totally different way of doing things, We were starting from scratch and within 6 months are now able to finally have the work life balance we honestly thought was never attainable for people like us.For the first time in my 38yrs I finally have time to make friends and am looking to connect with other women to learn, share and celebrate with.
