Does anyone have a financial wellbeing benefit offered by their company that they use and actually love?

Love this thread and following! I am not sure the goal of your question but if you're doing market research I feel like looking at fintech companies would give you some inspo on the type of benefits they'd give! All I can think of is 401K, paid parental leave, equity (naturally), continuous education (like companies that will pay some of your tuitions etc), WFH stipend.I don't know if these fall in the bucket of financial wellbeing benefits but they are tangentially related to finance, in terms of saving / investing.
