Hi! I recently started my consulting company doing "Tech for Good" Business Operations consulting and I'm looking to add language to a consulting agreement with my client to grant me permission for me to retain work that I produce for my client for my own use -ie portfolio.

My client has an attorney to review the contract she drafted for me, whereas I do not.

I'm looking for suggestions on how to word the legalese to protect my original content I produce in the course of my consulting work so I may retain usage for purposes such as my portfolio,
