Interviewing folks for an Inclusive Leadership cohort

Hi everyone,

I am launching an Inclusive Leadership and Change live cohort and I would love to interview anyone who might be interested in the topic to really understand how I can best serve my students.

If there is something else missing from the topics below, feel free to put them in the comments or send me a message, I'd be happy to connect.

This is really a space for people to learn the foundations on the connection in Inclusive Leadership & how to prepare for the change needed.

Ideally, this is for you if:

You have been tasked with DEIB initiatives and want to supportive language in being able to move said initiatives forward

You are interested in DEIB but not sure of how to implement it in your workplace

You know that Inclusive leadership is a valuable tool for your leadership toolkit and can help you lead your team to greater collaboration, problem-solving and creativity.

Some of the topics we'll be covering include:

Introduction to Inclusive Leadership and Change

Leading Change with Inclusion

Overcoming Resistance to Change

Sustaining Inclusive Change

Even if you are not a 'leader' your lived experience could provide valuable insights. I really want to make this a learning opportunity and one that can lead to actionable inclusive culture change.
