I'm Annabel and I'm starting a newsletter called Culture Jam for tech founders who need to build a culture from scratch, or shore up their culture foundation before hypergrowth.

After 25 years of being a co-founder and two tech startups I'm changing things up. The goal of my newsletter is to offer up practical frameworks around culture building with tools, templates and action lists. It's for founders who are crazy busy building a business and need hands-on advice and checklists.

This is where I need your help. I'm trying to think back to the very early days and it's apparently incredibly hazy :)

After eating hundreds of culture jam sandwiches I want to help other startup founders be successful and help their people and companies grow. I believe that anyone can create a culture jam that holds your company sandwich together.
