Looking for Early to Mid Career Women who are interested in accessible coaching

Dear Elpha Community,

As women of color in tech in our mid-career journey, My friend and I just started Elevate, a new platform and community committed to empowering women through personalized, high-quality coaching experiences that foster all career scenarios in career growth, clarity and transitions, all while remaining accessible. As we're in the early stages of developing our products and services, we're seeking founding members to be among the first to benefit from working with our coaches.

What sets Elevate apart is our dedication to assembling a team of coaches who not only possess professional coaching skills but also experts in their respective fields and industries. We've handpicked individuals who have successfully navigated the challenges of real-world industries and can relate to your experiences firsthand. Moreover, we believe that access to guidance in both life and career should be available to everyone. Our coaching sessions are designed to be actionable, ensuring that you always leave with clear steps for improvement.

By joining us as a founding member, you'll play a vital role in shaping the foundation of our platform. You'll have exclusive access to our carefully selected roster of coaches and receive coaching at an affordable rate. Your input will help us tailor our coaching services to meet your needs and those of our diverse community of members.

If you’re a woman in early to mid of your career and interested to start working with career coaches, you can reserve access at and we’ll reach out to you with next steps.

Otherwise if you have any questions please feel free to send me a DM!!

We're so passionate about giving accessible coaching for women like ourselves and we hope to get to work with some of you here !

Congratulations on launching Elevate! Are you thinking of having a cohort-based model? And if so how many people would you like to have in?
thank you! the coaching is actually 1:1, but we're adding members in batches! We just completed our alpha members actually (first initial founding members) when we posted and we're now opening up to beta (I'm about to post again)! For our first round beta we're targeting another 50 members. would love to connect if you have any ideas on how to reach more! We're getting a lot of interst, but we're scaling very carfully. The mission (providing accessible career support for women) is so important to us personally, so we want to make sure we're building something that's beneficial for the community. Please let me know if you have any ideas/feedback!
