Hi all! I am director of talent scouting to staff newcos for our venture studio. After years in corporate, startup advising, and D&I I have my share of horror stories of discrimination and rejection. I have been ousted because of being neurodivergent despite exceptional performance, I have received misogynistic treatment from a business partner who left me broke and holding the bag. I want to do this differently, and do this right. I want to make dreams come true for potential founders every single day. I want to open the doors for people who normally have them slammed in their face for no good reasons at all.
