2023 was extremely humbling for me. After 10 years with the same company, I was laid off and have been trying to pick up the pieces since then.

I am a versitle operations manager with 10 years experience in the consumer goods space, looking to get my foot in the door.

I am new to Elpha and looking forward to extending my avenues of job searching and making some connections with other like minded women.

Hi @iynna I would like to stay in CPG and ops if possible, just based on how much experience I have but I am open to exploring if the right opportunity comes along. I feel like my biggest roadblock right now is not having a network of people that may be able to find something new. I think that has been one of my biggest challenges being at one company for 10 years-not having a variety of different companies/categories/people to ask for help from

all this makes sense! I'd argue you have a huge network, and it looks like you were at a sizeable company (WholeFoods market), have you reached out to your former colleagues, bosses , reports who have since left the company? Idk the relationship with Amazon but have you shaken some trees there? the alexa/amazon devices team is hiring
