Some tips on how to re-enter the job market is: take time to process the situation, determine your support system to help you through this time, balance your time between applying to job applications and other key activities (networking, virtual events, thought leadership, research, reflection), determine an accountability plan to keep yourself on track, incorporate self care (journaling/exercise) to stay resilient, and be mindful on how many roles and industries you are applying to – if you have too many directions it may be a sign that you'd want to take a step back and pursue career exploration to clarify your ideal fit/direction.
