Hey Elpha!I’m Ali, and I joined Elpha about a year ago with just an idea -- use tech to help a diversity of couples (married or not, queer or straight, same race or interracial) stay in love without it feel like "work". Why? Research shows that the quality of our interpersonal relationships is actually more predictive of a long, happy life than social class, IQ, or even genes (Harvard Study of Adult Development). Good relationships and marriages aren't just nice to have!My couples app, Lovewick, launched TODAY in the US App Store, and so many of you played a role in making that happen. You signed up as beta users, you let me follow-up in 1:1 video calls about what worked well and what didn't, and your comments and "reactions" on previous posts really motivated me during this otherwise rough few months personally and professionally. The app has open-ended questions, date ideas, and research-based “relationship goals” that are designed to help couples feel more connected, valued, and adventurous offline.
