Hi all! My name is Ifeoma and I’m a UX Designer. I began my career in the Human Resources field, working for an airline and thereafter a financial institution. One of my notable achievements was reducing staff turnover from 12% to 4% through the design and roll out of surveys. Having developed empathy and problem solving skills for about 8+ years, I transitioned to UX where I can design solutions with these skills. I’m an active listener who is interested in end-to-end user research process.I am interested in junior UX Design roles.
