Onboard Health is working with our client Big Health to find a VP People. Big Health - helping millions back to good mental health with digital therapeutics - is searching for their next VP People.

As VP People you will lead a team of experienced people leaders through the next phase of Big Health’s growth. You’ll set the people's strategy and objectives, promote our culture and provide advice and input to the Executive Leadership Team on all People issues. You’ll also partner with our VP Equity and Population to ensure we meet our commitment to mental health equity.
