Does anyone know the laws of enforcing mandatory vaccines with employees? Long story short, there’s an internal debate with our team on making it mandatory or not with full time employees. I am getting mixed responses from the articles I’ve seen online about this so far and would love to hear if anyone has direct experience here

I’m not in the US but I’m pretty sure you can require whatever you want as a private company, especially if the employees are required to be in contact with others. I’ve seen several stories of people being let go because they are refusing to get vaccinated. It comes down to the fact that the only way we are going to get people to comply is through social pressure, because governments are sure not putting any mandates in place and it’s your responsibility to keep your team safe from those who don’t care to.
