The role of a group facilitator is not an easy one, yet it's one that Product Managers are thrust into each day - oftentimes with no real preparation or training. The goal of this workshop is to provide tips and tricks and learn how to incorporate facilitation techniques into product meetings, research and group collaboration. You’ll end the day with a new way of looking at facilitation, with confidence and frameworks that you can draw on to be an effective product leader.The workshop is provided by Product Lab Society (beta).
