Potential opportunity to join remotely an early stage e-learning/training startup in edtech space as a marketing co-founder

Hi Elpha ladies! This is a shoutout to those of you who know corporate training/e-learning and overall Edtech space. I am currently talking to an early-stage startup that wants to disrupt the training implementation across industries by bringing its own version of B2B SaaS service that will deliver workforce capability elevation as a managed service, targeted at frontline workers and supervisors across diverse industries. Essentially founders think that the current way of educating and training employees is broken because its all about box-ticking especially in compliance driven industries like construction. So their proposition to educate workers on the mobile/desktop app in a continuous cycle where employees will constantly be checked on their knowledge and retention of their learning by entering their answers into the app that data insights will be then generated in the report and shared with the companies. And this way companies will mitigate knowledge gap and secure risk and performance in advance. So training in itself will be about behavioural risk management, which will require measuring workers capabilities. The platform and tech side they use is the 3rd party called OttoLearn. Once we raise funding we could hire our own developers to build the tech full stack. They believe until now there hasn't been a tool like that... Now they need a person who can help them fundraise and bring their messaging to market in a more clear way, understand which niches to go after first, understand who is their buyer and do the customer surveys. Help secure their 1st client partner that can we can test the product on etc... currently they have one client which purchased the product but employees don't seem to be using the product. I wanted to ask any tips for anyone who knows this space and maybe has some ideas or suggestions on how to take this forward? I am keen on joining potentially but want to make sure its worthwhile idea or problem to solve for... and actually can be realistically scaled. Look forward for any feedback, thanks in advance!!
I might be able to help, ping me direct?
