Hi all. I'm one of the co-founders of Aleria, a HR Tech company measuring inclusion in the workplace. Next month we'll be hosting a live interactive conversation and workshop on how growth-stage companies can ensure they're prioritizing inclusion as they scale. I know from my own experience as well as through working with some of our clients that growth-stage companies face unique challenges when it comes to DEI.
