What tools do you use for SEO?

Hi Ladies, What tools do you use for SEO? What are some useful tips for beginners? What would you recommend to read?We're running a startup without marketing specialist. In the mid of Dec we did a silent launch and we need to grow the number of users...So would appreciate any pieces of advice.Thanks :)
Hi Yuliia! SEMrush is a great SEO tool to leverage but it is one of the pricier ones on the market. Have you tried leveraging free tools like Answerthepublic? They are leaders in the search listening category and the platform helps you create content that audiences want to see, because you're clued in to what they want to know about your product. It's free for the first couple searches and resets every day.
@ChaeObrien, thanks a lot. We will check Answerthepublic)
Hi Yuliia! Here are my top 3 tools:1. SEMRush - a great, all-in-one tool to spy on your competitors, do keyword research, see areas of your site you can optimize, track results, etc. The Guru plan (which I recommend over the Pro plan is $200 / month). It also includes topic research, SEO content templates (so you can optimize content you already have or blog posts as you write them), and content & site audits.2. MarketMuse - This is a super (IMO currently underrated) AI-driven content optimization platform. I really recommend this if you're wanting to create some content but don't know where to begin - SEO can be confusing & constantly changing but this tool helps you future-proof your content by simply copying & pasting it in, and they'll tell you what to do. It's a bit of a learning curve to get used to in the begging but they have really great resources for beginners. Great for content strategy, research, creation, and optimization at $179 / month for their pro plan.3. Buzzsumo - Buzzsumo is really helpful to 1) see the content that is getting the most social shares so you can use that to guide your own and 2) finding influencers/journalists in your niche that you can reach out to for backlinks (an important part of building up SEO). By popping in a keyword, you'll get a list of peeps that write about that topic. This is a phenomenal guide on all Buzzsumo can be used for - https://backlinko.com/buzzsumo-guide. The price is $99 / month.Obviously those all can get a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it to sign up for the free trials at least to develop a baseline strategy for your SEO.As far as resources/tips for beginners, I've spent a lot of time in SEO & content strategy and I can honestly say the Backlinko blog is the best out there. Brian Dean is behind it and he's all about quality over quantity. I recommend signing up for his newsletter, reading the blog - this article on SEO this year may be very helpful to you - https://backlinko.com/seo-this-year.Good luck!! :)
Many thanks, @LaniAssaf
Hi there!I use the below tools. I am not an SEO Specialist but I just launched my startup at www.glaciera.com and owning a newbie domain, I needed to do some on-page SEO and of-course start growing my organic keyword ranking before starting to outsource the work.Here's the tool mix I am currently using:UberSuggest: I find it easier to use than SEMRUSH, it will help you with keyword discovery & planning, competitor keyword & backlink analysis, position tracking of your selected keywords, and much more. All in a very easy to use dashboard and UI.Another option is Mangools.com, same category of tools.But if you are bootstrapped on budget, Google keyword planner offers pretty much the same features for free but I wouldn't say it is beginner-friendly.For content writing, I use SEOSurfer: Once I am clear on the primary keywords I would like my page to rank for, I use this great tool to help me write the content piece and optimize it. Their Content Editor product offers AI-powered writing template suggestions based on keywords, to help you outrank your competitors. They also just launched a Content Planner product that helps you plan the content buckets for the year! These guys are doing a great job innovating in an already saturated SEO-tools market.For optimizing blogposts and integrating a ready blog into your website (Without coding), I use dropinblog, it allows me to have a blog set up on my website in minutes and it also helped me optimize my blogposts from an SEO requirement perspective.Links:https://app.neilpatel.com/en/ubersuggest/https://mangools.com/http://seosurfer.com/https://dropinblog.com/
@leilachouman thanks a lot :)
