Hello! I'd love to talk to you to find out more about your role, what you wish you'd known or learned earlier in your career and the skills you have to draw on most often and most critically. I have a few ideas of my options 2 years out from now, and am taking a deliberate approach to making sure I'm as eligible as possible for them by the time I get there. I'm in a kind of '2nd in command' type role in a start up right now, but not working into a traditional GM, so want to understand the breadth of General Manager types out there and really get a feel for it.
