Disability United: Connecting with other founders with illness and disability

I'd love to invite you to join us for a virtual community mixer for tech professionals with disabilities on October 19th!I started Tech Disability Project three years ago because I was looking for community around working with a disability. I found the experience to be extremely isolating and difficult to navigate, and wanted to find other people who were going through something similar. Since then, we've run an awareness campaign each October (National Disability Employment Awareness Month) to elevate our experiences and promote disability inclusion. This year's theme is Disability United. During the mixer on 10/19, we'll be breaking out into 10 person, topic based discussions hosted by some awesome facilitators. We'll be dedicating several of the discussion groups to connecting founders with disabilities.We've also put together a survey to better understand the needs and experiences of our community.
