I'm taking the leap after years of running startup programs for other organizations and designed my own! It's called Founder Council and I would be delighted to have some Elpha members as part of our first cohort.

This isn’t just another startup program. It’s a year-long experience designed to help founders scale their businesses, build meaningful connections, and solve the tough challenges that come with leading a company.

The Program

• Quarterly Peer Groups: Founders are grouped into small, curated cohorts for facilitated virtual sessions. These aren’t just surface-level chats—they’re designed to tackle the real issues keeping you up at night.
• 4-Day Retreat in France: In April, you’ll spend time in a medieval village, surrounded by mentors chosen specifically for their ability to help you move the needle in your business.
• Masterclasses + Mentorship: Access a global community of founders, virtual masterclasses, and tailored 1:1 mentor matching.

Founder Council is selective for a reason. Only 24 founders are accepted each year, ensuring a high-touch experience and the chance to make lifelong connections.
