Hi Abigail,Great question! Do you consider your role to be technical? WEST mentors are in technical roles and so you would best be able to leverage and learn from their experiences if you are in a technical role too. If WEST isn’t the right fit, there might be other programs more focused in the area in which you’re looking to grow. Feel free to message me directly if you want to share what you’re hoping to learn and maybe I can think of an alternate program. -Heidi
