This is not your run-of-the-mill program. In fact, it's not a “program” at all.

It is a straight-up coaching group – with members bringing their topics and taking turns on the "hot seat", either being coached or holding space (and having their own insights!) as others are being coached. It's a very personal and intimate experience, and I am excited to take a group of courageous women on this journey.

This is for you if you are a female professional or entrepreneur ...

… who is struggling with confidence issues and self-doubt about how you show up at work (especially if the people around you don't look like you)

… who is trying to build resilience and cope in their professional environment (What a frustrating goal! We'll set the bar way higher – to thriving!)

… or who feels leaving corporate may be the only way to “get unstuck” (spoiler alert, it's not!).

The group is open to 8 members max.

We are currently enrolling for September to November 2021.

Each round of the group coaching involves six 75-minute calls over a time period of three months. Our calls are on September 14 and 28, October 12 and 26, November 9 and 30, at noon Pacific.

Replays and further material will be available in a members-only portal after each call.
