Hi ladies,Almond ObGyn has put together an event that we think professional women and mothers interested in different ideas for their health will be interested in. We are putting together a fireside discussion with an expert ayurveda teacher who will cover the basics of ayurveda, and how you can use them during conception, pregnancy, post-partum, and for general wellness. Terra is an exceptional teacher- she has an incredibly calm and warm vibe and is overflowing with wisdom and was a pioneer in both the midwifery and ayurveda fields.
