Feeling stagnant as a QA engineer, looking for guidance on transition

Hi elphas!

I am working as a QA engineer since 2014 and has experience in both India and USA. I am feeling lost, demotivated and has little to no interest in pursuing this path further though my job pays well.

I am seeking help and advice from people who navigated their career from QA to TPM/ PM/ Data Analyst/ Business Analyst/ Web Development areas.

I want to know where to start, how to build my portfolio, what certifications or courses help me transition roles.

If anyone is open for a quick chat or mentoring sessions, that'd be highly appreciated.
