I'm looking for a roommate to take my place in our current 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Park La Brea, one of my favorite neighborhoods in LA. The bedroom is huge, there's space a king sized bed, desk, dresser, bookcase, with room to spare. There's a walk in closet with dresser included! There's also an amazing view of downtown, Griffith Park, and the Hollywood sign. The bathroom is and en suite inside, with a shower/tub combination.The unit has central AC/heat, newly renovated kitchen, dishwasher, gigantic living/dining area.The complex has gym access, laundry room onsite, assigned parking available, business center, pool, gated access, 24 hour security, EV charging stations, and much more. It's within walking distance of The Grove, Trader Joe's, Coffee Bean, CVS, Whole Foods, and multiple bars and restaurants.My roommate works outside of the apartment. The bedroom and bathroom would both be unfurnished (could include a queen sized bed if you need though). Non-smoker preferred! This is a great place to live!
