Startup Advice: Ever feel like you're losing momentum?

9 months ago I co-founded my first tech startup. It was poised to have the MVP launch this year till Covid hit. Now, my cofounders and I are stuck, a key strategic partner that we absolutely need to get started has stalled. It's frustrating to want to move ahead but have to stay still. Has anyone ever lost momentum before? I'm caught between the plans I had for the company this year and the reality that chances are slim we'll launch this year.
Hello there,First of all many congratulations on your startup, needs a lot of courage to take the step of founding a company. From my experience, It's very common to lose momentum in the startup journey, you are not alone there, it needs a ton of patience and perseverance to see the horizon, there will be unexpected (sometimes unwanted :-)) surprises, but see how to jump over those, just stay focused, have Plan B, Plan C ready when things don't go as expected, come to Plan A when things look green. Running a company is no joke, you have come this far, hold the chord and you will reach your goal!
