Find jobs through Elpha
We're excited to share our new initiative to help you find great jobs.I've always found job searching frustrating because it's so hard to know which companies are actually good to work for unless you've got insider knowledge. We want to make the job hunting process less opaque by having companies answer the questions that matter most up front, and by harnessing the power of the Elpha network so that we can provide referrals to each other about the best places to work. You all gave us a lot of great feedback about what's important to know when you're looking for a job, so we've put together a list of questions for companies to answer that are often missed in the hiring process, and in some cases, are of particular significance to women. We also think it's important that you're able to talk to women who work at companies you're interested in – ask them questions, get a sense for your future colleagues, and confirm with them that their company is a great place to work.So today we're announcing our first company partnership with Webflow. We worked with Webflow on a company profile and job description that gives you tons of context about what working at Webflow is really like. Also – We want to help you find jobs. For those of you that are casually exploring options, or are actively looking for your next thing submit this quick form so we can help you find great companies. Any info you share will be kept confidential.Last but not least: if you think your company should partner with Elpha, please send us a note at [email protected] with more details. If you have any questions, please share them in the comments. Thanks!

Can we post links for jobs? I just saw that the amazing Jenn Leblanc (GTM extraordinary + women in tech thought leader) is hiring a marketing specialist. It's a great opportunity! https://thinkresultsmarketing.com/marketing-specialist-job-profile-and-description/
