Zapier is seeking a Sr. Manager, Video Growth to supercharge our video marketing program. In this role, you'll develop a comprehensive video marketing strategy, chart the course for our YouTube channel's development and expansion, and lead a dedicated team in boosting brand visibility, customer engagement, and adoption.

Does this sound like you?

• You have a min of 6–8 years of experience in video marketing or a related field, with a focus on content strategy, audience development, and distribution.
• You have 3+ years of experience managing a team of high-performing in-house video marketers.
• You have a proven track record in developing and executing successful video content strategies that drive user growth and engagement.
• You have built a content creation program
• You possess a deep understanding of digital video platforms, particularly YouTube, and are knowledgeable about SEO best practices.
• You understand how to tie video performance to business goals. Growing our audience will be a key metric, but success looks like attracting qualified viewers and inspiring them to expand their use of automation.
• You demonstrate an analytical mindset and are experienced in using data to guide decision-making.
• You have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
