Hello everyone! We all know by now that the pandemic (and the economic crisis that has followed) has been especially hard on women and other minorities. Close to a million women left their jobs in March of 2020 (when the pandemic hit). Record number of slow businesses have closed. Funding for female-owned tech startups have hit record lows(pre-2017 levels). We have suffered in innumerable ways and on top of that there is a mental health crisis ongoing as well. I decided to create this survey to help us understand what we could do together as a community. The survey is built to gauge on mainly three things - 1. Addressing misogyny/sexual harassment online 2. Encouraging more female entrepreneurship3. Increasing transparency in VC-founder dynamicsWould greatly appreciate your input. I would be making the results public in a Medium post (with infographics and everything) and will share it on Elpha.A little bit about me. I am a tech entrepreneur myself.
