How do you cope with stress and anxiety during a pandemic?

Hey πŸ‘‹πŸΌ I personally build routines to keep me sane. Working out, breakfast, comfy but not sweats clothes, work schedule, dinner with my hubby Monday to Friday, etc. I also find working out helps me a lot to control mood swings. I’m doing tons of dance cardio (I used to go to concerts a lot so this is how I cope lol) Also, I’ve found new hobbies: β€’ tons of new podcasts that I listen at least 20-30 min a day β€’ hiking with my dog β€’ I’m even thinking of getting a certification as a dance cardio teacher πŸ˜‚ In summary: routines and short term goals keep you going πŸ˜€
